What is this job about?
At most agencies, the marketer passes messages. The client says something, you forward it to the specialists. They answer, you forward it back.
Here, the call is yours.
We work for strong brands, and a portfolio of them becomes yours. You set the strategy, you set the targets, and you walk into the client meeting with the answer before they ask. Our paid media, SEO, design and content specialists build what you decide.
You should apply if
- You have 2 to 4 years in marketing and you are tired of being treated like a junior.
- You read a report and immediately see what should change.
- You would rather tell a client no than send a deck you don't believe in.
- You live on Curaçao and want to work on brands you see every day.

What we expect from you
- 2 to 4 years in marketing: agency, in-house or brand side.
- You write clearly. Most of this job is explaining things.
- Papiamento and English. Dutch is a plus.
- You live on Curaçao.
Not for you if
- You need someone to check your work before a client sees it.
- You want a job where the client never learns your name.
- You'd rather someone else makes the call.
